If a title search is empty
Try the name without extra words such as free, HD, or a domain ending. Remove a year filter if you are unsure of the release. For a show, use the main series name rather than an episode subtitle.
If an old bookmark fails
Return to the homepage and search again. A moved detail page and an unavailable domain are different problems. Check another website on the same connection before assuming the issue affects only 1Movies.
If Watch now does not start a video
The expected result is a new JustWatch tab with viewing choices. Select your country if the region is wrong. Once you choose a service, its player handles the movie and any related playback error.
